The videos, in our opinion, are geared much more towards USMLE Step 1 and pre-clinical learning than any higher USMLE steps or other coursework. A lot of the videos are also very short and manageable, so Osmosis is a great resource to use as a supplement to a student’s classroom learning.

I personally learn best by taking notes, so I watched all the videos on 1.25 speed and typed notes on my iPad as I watched them. During dedicated, I used CramFighter to make a schedule of all the BnB videos I needed to watch. Highly recommend it.Jul 17, 2019

In addition to the qbank, USMLE-Rx offers video modules as an extra cost add-on for supplementing the qbank with relevant content. In contrast, Boards and Beyond is recognized for its database of 440+ videos for Step 1 content. Shawn found that the USMLE-Rx qbank was a helpful supplement to questions from UWorld.
